Our team of Epidemiologists, Production Specialists and Infection Prevention Specialists is committed to assisting Film and Television Producers, Directors, Department Heads and Production Executives craft, manage and execute the safest and most efficient mitigation policies and procedures for your production's unique needs.
ON-SITE/ LOCATION TESTING
Our mobile lab and medical professionals execute the testing plan and protocols established by our Epidemiologist and your team at your location, stage or office.
CONCIERGE TESTING
Members of your cast or crew can’t make it to the designated testing site or our lab, no problem, The Safe Set sends a medical professional to their location, takes a sample and brings it to the lab.
REMOTE TESTING
Are you working in a remote location where the access to quality lab work does not exist? Or do you need pre-flight testing before your talent or crew members travel? We can send our tests anywhere in the lower 48 states. Tests are self administered with the supervision of a tele-medicine appointment and sent overnight to the lab. Results are provided 8 to 24 hours after the sample arrives at the lab.
The Safe Set will vaccinate our clients based on the CDC recommended criteria.

The Safe Set’s roster of highly trained On-set Health Safety Supervisors meet the rigorous standards of our Infectious Disease Doctors, Epidemiologists and the industry suggested procedures to help keep cast and crew safe during production. On-set Health Safety Supervisors are set-ready and have received specialized training on health and safety precautions, policies and procedures related to infection prevention practices including COVID-19 prevention, disinfection and PPE use.

Sandra Olkowski, Ph.D
Sandra is a UC-Davis Ph.D Epidemiologist with experience designing COVID-19 mitigation and contact tracing protocols and plans for film and television, governmental agencies and private industry. She is an expert in data analysis, is a published researcher in the field of Infection Prevention and Epidemiology in addition to having practical film and television experience.
